NOTE - TAKING STRATEGIES

From this activity, if I get a low score I need some help in note-taking and if I get a high score I already using many good note-taking strategies. Since I've got only 4 points, so I still need some help in note-taking .

EFFECTIVE NOTE - TAKING SYSTEM

💤Cornell Note - Taking System
   💨 cornell method involves dividing a sheet of paper into three parts : a left column for main ideas and keywords , a right column for lengthier details , and a section in the bottom for writing a summary after the lecture or lesson .

   💨 useful for showing major points and supporting ideas .

💤 The Block Method 
   💨 block notes are especially useful if you need to record a great deal of information very quickly .
   💨 block notes are written continuosly across the page , separating the details dashes (-) or slashes (/) .

💤 The Modified Block Method 
   💨 having all of the information grouped under a heading without showing various level of supports as in an outline . 


 


💤 Mapping Method
   💨 mind maps are commonly drawn from a central point , purpose or goal in the center of the page and then branching outward to identify all of the ideas connected to that goal .

➤ I have been told by MADAM HUDA to watch a video clip on 5 business tips and then I need to try out the cornell note - taking method based on the video .
3 WAYS TO REVIEW YOUR NOTES
1. Recite from the headings.
2. Recite from the recall questions.
3. Talk about the information with others.
